Your Role: As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of our company, building relationships with customers and driving sales through consultative selling techniques. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, meet ambitious targets, and unlock lucrative rewards.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Present product/service offerings persuasively and handle objections effectively.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
