This role is with a Well-Established Pharmaceutical Home Care provider, where you will fall into the Patient Services Team as a Patient Call Handler on the phone.
As a Call Handler, you will often be the first line of contact for this Patient, Where they may need time taken with you to establish details & basic information of their medication delivery, home visit or you could, rarely be dealing with an issues or complaint, and we would be looking for you to navigate these differing situations to the best of your ability to provide resolutions or escalate to the relevant manager where required to up-hold the high level of customer satisfaction.
We will be looking for you to have previous Call Centre/Call Handler experience, to ensure you can confidently navigate sometimes difficult calls and provide clear information and resolutions.
Call Handler - Experience, Skills & attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally & written
- Previous Call Handling or Call Centre Experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Empathy and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
