Contract roles – Early Help team – Consultant Social Worker
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Children’s Social Worker in Liverpool
This to work as a Consultant Social Worker in Early Help.
The role is to support practice improvement in the Early Help Hubs. The successful candidates will be undertaking audits of case work completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers to support practice development. The audits will focus on the child's 'lived experience' as well as quality and impact of practice to promote practice improvement across the service. Feedback will be provided on an individual basis to support learning and development with individual staff, and the candidates will also collate thematic findings in audit reports to be shared across the service.
There is plenty of hybrid working available.
