We are recruiting for production operatives to join a manufacturer in Tibshelf.

Hourly rate of pay:

• £28,912 per annum (including shift allowance) / £13.90 per hour
• The company has yearly pay increases
• Overtime paid up to £25.34
• Higher rates can be achieved with training

Hours of work (rotational shifts)

• Days / 6am – 2pm Monday to Friday
• Nights / 10pm – 6am Sunday to Thursday
• Afters / 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday

Duties include:

• Packing aluminium profiles using various processes
• Completing associated paperwork
• Learning to operate different machines such as press, saw and stretcher
• Operating cranes (training given)

Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment would be an advantage, but most importantly the right attitude towards work and a willingness to learn new skills.

The role is starting off temporary but you have an excellent opportunity to progress and also gain a contract.
