Carmichael are seeking an experienced MEICA Manager to join the team on a major Water project based in Warwickshire.

Ensuring that the highest standards of safety, health and environmental protection as per best practice are consistently maintained

Ensuring projects are delivered to the applicable STW MEICA engineering standards and specifications

Ensuring that the MEICA delivery is supported from feasibility to project completion

Ensuring that the final product is in accordance with project documentation, right first time, consistent with the project Outcome Statement

Contributing to the oversight of overall programme and costs

Ensuring all subcontractor gates are completed

Ensuring the team take part in Collaborative planning

Coordination with other disciplines e.g. Civil interfaces

Liaison with the design team to ensure all MEICA interfaces are covered on the projects

Is accountable to the project for the success of the MEICA Team

Can maximise commercial opportunities arising from the MEICA elements of the projects

An ability to identify future specialist resource requirements and resource levels

An ability to assess and manage strategic, operational and stakeholder risks and to recommend mitigation measures

Highlight and manage Change Events with the commercial team as they arise in accordance with the contract

Client Facing
Building and maintaining relationships with equivalent grade and other managers within the Client organisation

Contributing to reports and other briefings to client management

Liaison with the STW management team within both Asset Creation (AC) and Service Delivery (SD)
