The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our Cement Division at Lafarge Cement (Aggregate Industries), part of Holcim. As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, developing customer relationships and promoting our products in the South East Region.

  • You will achieve sales targets through nurturing customer relationships and promoting sustainable products.

  • You add value to customers and their operations by utilising Aggregate Industries' circular and low carbon solutions.

  • You identify growth opportunities within the sector and align sales channels with company values.

  • You maintain a comprehensive understanding of Aggregate Industries' strategic direction, product range, and competitive landscape.

  • You produce accurate forecasts and develop sales plans to target specific accounts.

  • You drive sales growth by meeting volume, revenue, and margin targets through effective campaigns and lead generation efforts.


Who you are

  • You excel in prioritisation and strategic planning, demonstrating a methodical approach to project and task management.

  • You thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, adept at making informed yet prompt decisions.

  • As a strategic thinker, you consider external factors and the implications of local decisions.

  • Your experience with cementitious materials or similar industries is highly desirable.
