Test Lead
Northampton, 2 days on site per week
Up to £400 P/D inside IR35
3 months, scope to extend
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JIRA, strong knowledge of Python for automation, and expertise in test strategy, test management, and defect management. Additionally, familiarity with SQL, Big Data (Hadoop), ETL, and basic understanding of AWS is desirable.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JIRA, strong knowledge of Python for automation, and expertise in test strategy, test management, and defect management. Additionally, familiarity with SQL, Big Data (Hadoop), ETL, and basic understanding of AWS is desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage JIRA projects, dashboards, defects, and test cases.
- Develop and maintain in-house Python scripts for automation and JSON validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute test strategies.
- Efficiently manage defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in JIRA administration and setup.
- Hands-on experience with Python scripting.
- Strong understanding of test management and defect tracking.
- Knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting.
- Familiarity with Big Data (Hadoop) and ETL processes.
