Sports Coach

Location: Leicester (LE8)

Hours: 8.30am-3:40pm

Start Date: September

Pay: £380 weekly Take home after deductions

LTF Recruitment are delighted to be working with one of our partner SEMH schools based in the South Leicester area. The school are looking to appoint a Sports Coach who is prepared to deliver and assist engaging sports sessions for pupils of all ages.

The school are looking to appoint someone who:

• Has previously worked with SEMH students.
• Understanding of supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis.
• Can confidently lead sporting activities.
• Can be an excellent team player with fantastic communication skills.
• Is capable of leading small group interventions and supporting SEN children 1:1.
• Will be reliable and a friendly face to the children and staff.
• Is dedicated to working with children and raising attainment.

The main duties of this role are:

• Work supporting young learners with additional needs.
• Supporting children who struggle to engage in class.
• Delivering sport interventions.
• Providing 1:1 support to pupils with SEN.
• Leading small group interventions with young learners outside the classroom.
• Liaising with the class teachers around progress of the young learners.
