Salary: OTE £35k +

Position: Permanent – Full Time

A Residential Lettings Negotiator is sought for this highly successful independent Estate Agency based in their offices in Central London (Liverpool Street).

This is a chance to join a thriving company with a dynamic modern approach to Estate Agency, that takes pride in providing a professional residential sales and lettings service within a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with previous residential lettings experience and have the drive and passion to help grow a business. You must have exceptional customer service skills, charisma, energy and enthusiasm along with having the ability to build rapport whilst maintaining long term business relationships.

Please Note: As this role is located in central London the successful applicant will not require a car.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• Previous experience as Lettings Negotiator
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of the London market
• Thoroughly professional approach to Residential Lettings
