From managing the reception team, sourcing necessary equipment and adjustments for employees, and overseeing facilities maintenance operations, your knack for efficient contract management, and procurement services, and your proactive and enthusiastic approach to work will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and harmonious work environment.

What will you be doing?

This is a varied role and responsibilities include:

  • Supervise the reception team and security to ensure seamless front-of-house operations
  • Ensure office safety regulations are up-to-date
    Source and distribute essential equipment, enhancing work experiences through DHE and DSE assessments
  • Manage contracts and procurement services crucial for maintaining our office premises
  • Oversee building maintenance with high standards, including contractor oversight
  • Coordinate onsite facilities efficiently, from catering to parking
  • Lead through office relocations and refurbishments/dilapidations, minimising disruptions
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and activities at all times

What experience do you need under your belt?

  • Prior experience in Office  / Facilities Management
  • Proficiency in health and safety regulations and compliance standards including IOSH/ NEBOSH and CIEH
  • Completed relevant First Aid, Fire warden, and Manual handling training
  • Strong communication skills with a flair for collaboration across teams
  • Ability to adapt to various software and systems for efficient office operations
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
