Key Requirements:

• Minimum of Engineering Team Leader experience
• Electrical Level 3 qualification or higher
• Experience in FMCG or Food Industry
• Proficiency with CMMS systems
• Strong project management skills
• Proven experience in day-to-day running of an engineering department

• Manage and develop the maintenance department
• Oversee and optimize daily operations
• Implement and maintain CMMS systems
• Lead and execute engineering projects
