Straight Forward Healthcare are looking for Support Workers to support individuals in a supported living environment.

  • Pay rates - £11.44 - £12.75ph plus holiday pay (enhanced rates for bank holidays £20 per hour)
  • WEEKLY PAY
  • Full and part time hours available

Must have a driving licence and car due to the location (no public transport available within the area)

An enhanced DBS will be needed or one will need to be completed through Straight Forward Healthcare.

Your role as a healthcare assistant may include:

  • Supporting with personal care when required
  • Providing 1-1 or group support.
  • Creating ways to interact and engaging with the people you support.
  • Encouraging resident to join in activities
  • Support residents to be as independent as possible
  • Monitoring the people you support and reporting any concerns to a team leader or person in charge.
  • Filling in various documentation ensuing clear and concise information is documented appropriately
  • Support with household duties, and meal preperation
