International Mobility Advisor

My client, a Global Leader is currently looking for an experienced International Mobility Advisor for an initial 6 months contract.
This Mobility Advisor will develop and implement international HR guidance and processes, initially with USA based partners potentially extending world-wide. Identify future delivery models including resource requirements and upskilling in the area of international exchange/ assignments.
Rate: £270 per day inside IR35
Location:
Tenure: 6 months, extendable
This International Mobility Advisor must have the following experience:
- Global mobility experience including exposure to regulatory compliance
- Experience in a mobility role within a large, complex organisation ideally within the public and/ or education sector Comprehensive understanding of international mobility processes and policy
- Attention to detail especially when developing terms and conditions of employment related to mobility
