A Quantity Surveyor is required in a well established Mechanical and Electrical company based in Shropshire.
Responsibilities:
- Manages project costs
- Prepares cost estimates
- Monitors budgets
- Assists with contract negotiations.
- Analyze feasibility
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Evaluate bids
- Provide financial reports
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor

- Start date: ASAP
- Salary: 50-60k
- Benefits: car allowance, bupa, pension, 25 days holiday, free parking
- Job Location: northampton office, visit projects once per week
- Hours: 40 hours (8-5pm with 1 hour lunch)
- Value of package: project values approx. £3-7M
