Our client is seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in Shuttering Carpentry to undertake significant contract work in Coleshill, Birmingham. This job involves large diameter shaft finishing works, including benching, pen stock installation, and fitting covers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finishing large diameter shafts to high standards
- Installing benches, pen stocks and various types of covers
- Ensuring all tasks are completed within the set time-frame and to the required quality standards
- Working collaboratively with the project team to ensure seamless operations
Job Requirements:
- Experience in shuttering carpentry within water/civil or similar sectors
- Understanding of installation techniques for pen stocks and covers
- High standard of finishing skills in carpentry
- SEQOHS Safety Critical Medical is essential
- HS2 BBV induction prefered but not essential; Drug and Alcohol testing may be required
