- Executing a profit-improvement plan to enhance financial performance
- Ensuring home managers comply with company policies and procedures
- Overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
- Regularly monitoring the performance of all staff and providing support to Home Managers
As the successful Regional Manager, you will receive:
- An annual salary between £75,000 and £80,000, depending on your experience
- A company bonus and additional benefits
- At least two years' experience as a regional care homes manager
- A thorough understanding of CQC guidelines and the Gold Standard Framework for end-of-life care
- Knowledge of dementia strategy/mapping
- A clear DBS check and the ability to drive
