This is an innovative service, supporting adults with recovery from a range of mental health conditions. You will be working with a skilled team, and be able to liaise effectively with a wide range of other healthcare professionals and contacts in order to facilitate this.
Very important is a true passion for providing quality care and great results, and dedication to ensuring your clients have the best possible levels of support. You will have a good understanding of how to support people on their recovery journey.
You will be supported with sensible levels of investment in resources, staffing, training and quality. This is a good opportunity to gain commercial skills and have support & mentoring from senior management in order to prepare you for progression within the organisation.
