About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our client located in Leeds, LS12. This is a temp to perm position with a competitive hourly rate of £11.44. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling goods in, including receiving and unloading deliveries
• Picking items from a pick sheet accurately and efficiently
• Performing general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Engaging in cleaning tasks as required to ensure hygiene standards are met

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, particularly in picking and packing roles
• Physically fit and able to handle tasks involving significant walking and lifting
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills to manage pick sheets and other documentation accurately
• Ability to work well in a team and independently as needed
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
