We are seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the delivery of projects, overseeing cost management, procurement, and contractual matters. Responsibilities:

• Conducting cost estimation, budget preparation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Procuring materials, services, and subcontractors in accordance with project requirements.
• Managing contractual and commercial aspects, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Providing accurate and timely reports on project finances and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to refurbishment or build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities, with the capability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific QS software.
