The Role

As a heating installation co-ordinator you will be responsible for planning and overseeing the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps in customers' homes.

You will be the point of contact for customers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that installations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • You will coordinate and schedule technical site surveys and collate key information to assist the installation team
  • You will be responsible for planning the installations with the customer & installation teams, so diary management experience would be a bonus!
  • You will order & manage the logistics of the parts required for each individual installation, ensuring all parties are kept up to date at all times.
  • You will ensure all the necessary tools & equipment are available for the installation teams.
  • You will communicate directly and effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to optimise part availability and deliveries.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • Experience in an installation co-ordination/project co-ordination/planning role preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
  • Familiarity with heating systems and their components is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
