• Working for a globally recognised and leading Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.
• Working on a high-profile financial and business consulting client.

Your new role

• This is a static position covering a site in Leicester. 
• Working shift pattern (1 weekened working every 3 weeks). 
• In your new role as a Plumbing Engineer, you will undertake inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations including Pipework inspections, adaptions and repairs including associated equipment (pumps / expansion vessels / PRV's / TMV's etc.), drainage inspections and sanitation repairs or replacement
• Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools.
• Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Hold City & Guilds - Plumbing qualification.
• Previous experience in a FM role is beneficial.
• Experience in operating light plant is beneficial.
