Approach Personnel are working on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor and seeking a highly skilled and experienced SR137/TP137 Site Manager to join the team. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a meticulous attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of our project.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the TP137 site operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage a team effectively, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of site activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TP137 Site Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Competent Person – NSI 4 OHL or NSI 6&8 SS/Cables

• EUSR Cat One or HSG(47)
• SEATS – Environmental Training
• Temporary Works Supervisor or Coordinator
• SMSTS
