Are you an experienced Nursing Home Manager looking for a new opportunity? Our client, who operate a group of Nursing and Residential homes across the midlands is on the hunt for a Home Manager to oversee their flag ship Nursing home near Stafford.
As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £70,000, Plus KPI-based bonus, and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy!
Our Client are known for their high standards of care, State of the art Care homes and their investment to staff development.
As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Managing and training staff
  • Handling budget management
  • Upholding high standards of care

Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:

The ideal Home Manager will have:
  • A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
  • A good knowledge of CQC compliance
  • Evidence of Good or Outstanding CQC inspections
