The successful Architectural Technologist will need a degree in Architectural Technology, substantial post qualification experience, boast technical excellence and experience working across residential projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Working towards/ achieved MCIAT
• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Several years of post-qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
• Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
• Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
• Proven experience working in the residential sector
• Be a supportive team player
• Ensure high quality standards are met if not exceeded
• Thorough knowledge of current Building Regulations
• Proven experience across RIBA stages 3-5
• Assist with overseeing and managing a small team
• Driven to progress to Senior level
• Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
• Excellent communication skills
• Local to Birmingham
