Air Conditioning Service Engineer - Cambridge

We are looking for an Air Conditioning Service Engineer to cover the Cambridgeshire area..

The AC Service Air Conditioning Engineer will be required to perform the following:

Provide advice and technical expertise to engineers as required Provide maintenance, inspection and repair services to air conditioning/ventilation/refrigeration/cooling systems

Complete planned maintenance to, AHUs, VRVs, split systems, fan coil units, chillers and other equipment as required

Complete small works, installation and refurbishment of AC and cooling equipment

Maintain and manage the records for all HVAC kit on the facility and provide a monitoring service for the critical maintenance schedules including F-Gas record

Diagnose faults and use diagnostics tools to ascertain correct solutions

Requirements:

Experience of Air Conditioning and Chiller maintenance

Building services knowledge, to have been exposed to all aspects of building services including electrical knowledge

Proactive attitude and a strong desire to take ownership of the site and contract

Full clean driving license

Salary - £35,000 - £45,000
Overtime (available all year round)
Stand by allowance, call outs, travel paid to and from site.
Service vehicle, Mobile phone, tablet, PPE and any specialist equipment provided.
