Hours of Work:                40 Hours Monday – Friday

We are hiring a Quantity Surveyor to work with a well-established, main contractor in Leicester.

Duties of a Quantity Surveyor      

• Cost Value Reporting
• Managing Retentions
• Site Visits
• Variations
• Sub-contractor payments and notices
• Remeasures and Pricing
• Interim Valuations
• Contract administration

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
• 5 year’s experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Good understanding of  JCT and NEC contracts
