Salary: up to circa £25-27K

A reputable company within the Plumbing and heating industry are seeking an experienced Trade Counter professional to join their team.
They are an expanding and long-established company who reward and value their staff
The ideal candidate will have current / recent experience within a Plumbers Merchants.

 Responsibilities:

•    You will assist customers and build sales ensuring staff understand and carry out their duties effectively
•    You will represent the sales department and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets
•    You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with as well as adhering to company Health and Safety requirements
•    Advise on products
•    You will ensure that the stock and stores area are well organised

Skills & Experience needed;
•    Good Plumbing & Heating Product knowledge
•    The ability to build relationships with a variety of customers
•    Have trade counter sales experience
•    Good telephone manner
•    Friendly, articulate, customer focused

Salary depending on experience up to £27k
