The Opportunity

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate, school leaver, or an early-career office professional to join our client's team as a Receptionist / Office Administrator.

What You'll Do

Create a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors, greeting them and registering them using the access card management system.
Maintain a smooth-running office environment by monitoring and ordering office supplies, setting up meeting rooms, supervising mail and parcels, and handling general office tasks.
Foster a positive team atmosphere by organizing lunches and office events, and spearheading employee wellness initiatives.
Ensure the overall well-being of the office space by keeping it clean, organized, and functioning efficiently.
