As an Part Time Complaints Administrator at our Glasgow, you will ensure efficient and effective business operations with major account customers.
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Managing phone enquiries.
- Gathering customer information.
- Producing weekly reports.
- Handle contract creation.
- Purchase order invoice authorisation.
Essential Expeirence:
- Significant experience in high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration, preferably in the hire industry
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail with data analysis and report production experience
- Effective communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
