Working within a team of 5 people you will be supporting the 6 customer service Executives with the orders and customer enquiries.

As Sales Order Processor you are all about detail, making sure that every piece of information you input is accurate and correct.

Your day is very varied hereworking closely with the customer service team and the design team to ensure that the customer’s order is correctly communicated through the business.

As Sales Order processor, ticking things off your “to do list” gives you a buzz…

You are the organised one, the person everyone goes to, if a task is given to you, it will get done!

You aren’t someone who sits there twiddling your thumbs, you are always looking for something else to do.

You will be working for a business who manufacture products that empower and change the lives of their users, every product is bespoke and unique, the process will be back and forth, you will really get to know what your customer likes and doesn’t like.

This department is the hub, you as Sales Order Processor will be in contact with people in all other departments, and you know that by making allies in each department stuff gets done, they want to help you when there is an urgent order that needs pushing through!

 The industry is very niche, and you can learn all about it from a team where most of the people there have worked for the business for 15 years or more!

The hours are great here too 8-5pm Monday – Thursday and finishing at 2pm (they literally throw you out) meaning that your Friday afternoons are your own.
