Maintenance Electrician

Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

We're recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the biggest FM companies across the UK & world covering a static facility on a well-known site for a government healthcare contract.

This leading company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide and over 8,500 in the UK alone with an annual revenue of over £27b.

We're looking for a Maintenance Electrician to work in a team of engineers carrying out general M&E building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have some background in facilities management.

Job Responsibilities for a Maintenance Electrician:

  • To carry out planned and reactive maintenance in accordance with the company's PPM and task schedules.
  • Undertake PPM activity in a quality, professional manner.
  • Production of technical and situational reports as required.
  • Proactively use the technology systems given to you so that the Company can be compliant with its contractual obligations at all times
  • Carry out the works requested in a professional and proactive manner at all times
  • To communicate clearly and effectively with the rest of the team and clients at all times
