The initial project involves re-piping the water distribution throughout a commercial building, project value of £500k. Further works secured in the local area.

• General site management.
• Completion of contracts - Handover.
• Ordering stock and materials.
• Labour budget management.
• Supervision of quality.
• Quality assurance.
• Resolution of on sites issues.

Person Specification

• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Adeptness at problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Financial acumen for budget management.
• A commitment to health and safety standards.
• A minimum of five years in a project management role within the mechanical or construction industry.
• A history of successful project delivery.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
