A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Process Engineering Manager to join a great manufacturing company priding itself on quality.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Process Engineering Manager is responsible for coordinating activities.
• Define, scope, and manage resource for projects within the Process Engineering Team.
• Develop and improve test equipment capability, capacity, efficiency, and reliability
• Ensure 'hands on' engineering support is provided to the Operations Department

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Process Engineering Manager or similar role.
• Experience in mentoring/managing a team
• Manage the maintenance of equipment.
