An Excellent opportunity for a proven operational leader with a background in welding and fabrication to join a leading manufacturing company through an exciting growth period. You will join an industry leading, specialist manufacturer of high quality bespoke products and will hold key responsibilities within Production, Facilities Management, EH&S and CI, to ensure the business operates in the most effective manner possible.

The company have established themselves as a leading manufacturer of niche products within the steel industry. Their products are renowned for their quality and innovation, and are supplied on a global scale. They manage the full process in house, from customer enquiry through to delivery including design, development, manufacture through to finished product.

The Operations Directors role requires someone of suitable experience and ability who will be able to see through existing initiatives and fully develop all Operational areas to enable the ongoing development and growth of the company.

This role would suit a senior operations leader within a technical background in welding and fabrication, that is looking to join a forward thinking, specialist manufacturer offering an excellent package and routes to further career development.

The Role:

* Operations Director
* Oversee full site operations
* Responsibilities across production, H&S, Budgets, CI, FM etc

Candidate Requirements:

* Experience in a director level role, or demonstratable relevant background
* Technical understanding of welding/fabrication
* Strong experience and background within production and manufacturing
* Understanding and knowledge of production processes, H&S
