We are looking for a proficient and dynamic Network & Secuiry Engineer with specialised skills in Meraki, Palo Alto, technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support, deployment, and management of network infrastructure and security solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust protection against cyber threats. This role requires a professional with strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce comprehensive network security policies and procedures.
• Monitor network traffic and security alerts to detect and respond to potential threats.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Meraki, Palo Alto, and Prisma environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.
• Perform software and firmware upgrades to ensure network devices are current and secure.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure network performance and security.
• Generate detailed reports on network health, security incidents, and compliance status.
• Analyze network performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvements.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of Meraki cloud-managed networking solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security policies.
• Experience with Prisma cloud security solutions.
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Familiarity with VPN technologies and remote access solutions.
