Kitchen Designer wanted in West Yorkshire!

KBB Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer for a high-end showroom Holmfirth, West Yorkshire.

This is a flourishing showroom with a friendly and passionate management team. They are looking for an experienced Kitchen Designer to join them and help take the showroom to the next level. Great progression prospects and high earning potential for the right Kitchen Designer with a proven sales background. One of the best uncapped commissions structures the industry has to offer!

Full time permanent position, Tuesday to Saturday - £22,500 - £27,500 Basic DOE with an uncapped commission structure. 

For this exciting position, you must have the following experience,

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a design role, ideally working with a German brand.

• Customer-centric and able to build relationships quickly

• Design and Sale of Kitchens (AOV £15-25k)

• Knows the difference between features and benefits, and how to sell against client brief

• Ability to read and understand Architect plans

• Ability to generate M&E drawings for site works

• Understand the schedule of works and BOM

• Understand regulations

• Ability to design the concept to completion

• Flexible to continue learning

• Well presented

• Drive to succeed

• Understands how to sell a brand

• Must have Winner or German experience 

OTE £45,000 upwards, fantastic, uncapped commission structure!
