Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage chemical engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance process efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- A degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline; Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience in the chemicals industry, with a proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of chemical engineering principles, process optimisation, and scale-up methodologies.
- Lead the design, development, and optimisation of chemical processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and reduce costs.
