Webinar Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients MarCom team as a Webinar Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital events, web, intranet, and internal communication. As a Webinar Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, promotion, execution, and follow-up of webinars, as well as coordinating associated updates to web and intranet pages. You will work closely with the Product Marketing Managers to create engaging content, coordinate logistics, and ensure a seamless experience for both presenters and attendees.
This role is best suited for someone who could build positive working relationships, that can adapt to a changing environment and has experience in an internal communications role within a large business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and changes of web and intranet pages associated to product releases and updates in collaboration with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing and Content Marketing.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to plan webinars for product releases and product updates.
- Create compelling e-mails to drive webinar attendance.
- Set up and manage webinar platforms, ensuring a smooth and glitch-free experience for presenters and participants.
- Provide technical support to presenters and troubleshoot any issues during live webinars.
- Conduct pre-event rehearsals to ensure all elements are in place.
- Gather and organize content for webinars.
- Coordinate the development of Q&A documents as a follow up document after the webinar.
- Monitor and report on webinar registration and attendance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to analyze data and optimize future webinar strategies.
- Coordinate approval of presentations for the webinars ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are engaging for the target audience.
- Provide post event reports to the Product Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate post-webinar activities, including uploads of webinar recordings and presentations, follow-up emails and Q&A documents.
- Compile and analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience with development of web and intranet pages.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with business stakeholders, translating complex and sensitive information into digestible internal communications.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- 3-5 years of experience with webinar platforms and Marketing tools (Teams, ON24, and Zoom preferred) and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with email marketing as promotional materials for digital events.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and the ability to network with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across a number of different stakeholders in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of data privacy rules (GDPR).
