Our Client

We are currently working on behalf of a rapidly expanding, independent Drainage specialist with an impeccable reputation. They pride themselves on developing their employees and delivering excellent levels of customer service and client satisfaction.

They currently have a permanent requirement for an experienced CCTV & Investigations engineer to work in a home-based role, ideally located in Berkshire and surrounding areas

The Requirements

• Be able to use drainage CCTV survey equipment to access causes of blockages, misconnections, pollutions and other defects and faults.
• Working in commercial environments (schools, care homes, hotels etc)
• Be able to demonstrate technical knowledge and competency with regard to drainage and to be able to explain and offer remedial work advice to customers of works needed to be done – to resolve the issues.
• Candidates must be IT literate and able to operate dedicated phone apps and reporting software.
• Be able to approach and resolve problems logically.
• Experience of working remotely and as part of a team.
• Excellent standard of customer care.
• Any Drainage related experience would be a huge advantage.

(This may be a suitable career if you have worked within the drainage industry as a Drainage Engineer and are competent with CCTV works, Drainage Rig Manager, CCTV Operative)

The Rewards

The rewards for the successful candidate are excellent.

The company are willing to pay a good basic salary £30,000 - £34,000 (negotiable upon experience)
