Our client is a company committed to delivering exceptional service and products to their valued customers. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our sales team in driving business growth.
Responsibilities: As the first point of contact for customer inquiries, you'll:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain and update customer records and database entries.
- Support the sales team with order processing, invoicing, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Handle customer enquiries and maintain communication records.
- Prepare and process quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Assist in sales order processing and maintain meticulous administration.
- Coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing and documentation.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and familiarity with SAGE 200 system.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and capability to manage changing priorities effectively.
