Salary/Rate:
£35,000 - £45,000/annum benefits

Our client is s customer service focused individual, who is technically minded, to assist the team and customers by providing Technical Support. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Annual salary £35,000-£45,000.

Duties:

  • Provide technical support to customer, troubleshooting, assisting with technical issues.
  • Provide on-site support, as well as remote support to customers.
  • Oversee the technical support team, act as final stage of resolutions.
  • Develop and facilitate workshops/training courses.
  • Attend presales and aftersales meetings with sales team.

Experience required:

  • UK Drivers License
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to built rapport with customers
  • Strong IT skills, with a keen interest in Technology is advantageous
  • Experience in managing a team is advantageous
