**The Ideal Candidate for the Manufacturing Engineer position will be**

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Education:** HND or graduate in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
• Technical Expertise:** Strong background in Welding, Fabrication, and/or Metal Forming.
• Organizational Skills:** Proven experience in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Team Player:** Demonstrated ability to drive change confidently and gain respect from the workforce and management.
• Technical Proficiency:** Computer literate with a passion for working with data.
• Leadership:** Self-motivated and enthusiastic leader capable of working well under pressure.
• Multitasking:** Organized to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-moving aerospace environment, with a high commitment to quality.
• Software Skills:** Experience with ERP systems, Catia, SolidWorks, and AlphaCam.
• Industry Experience:** Previous experience in the Aerospace Industry is highly desirable.
