This company operates across various sectors, including water, marine, land remediation, and energy.

Job Details

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Stranraer
Sector: Civil Engineering & Wind Farm Project
Contract: 12 months
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects from tender through to final account.
• Producing accurate forecasts of project costs.
• Commercial reporting.
• Providing commercial assistance to operational teams and others when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a surveying role within the civil engineering sector, particularly on wind farm projects.
• A degree (or equivalent) in a commercial discipline.
• Knowledge of a variety of contracts, with an emphasis on bespoke forms of contract.

What's on Offer

• Immediate start date.
• Minimum 12-month contract.
• Payment methods: CIS or PAYE.
• £320 to £400 per day.
