A globally renowned multidisciplinary consultancy based in Manchester is on the lookout for a driven Senior Fire Risk Assessor to bolster their Fire Risk Assessor division.
The Senior Fire Risk Assessor's Role
The appointed Senior Fire Risk Assessor will autonomously manage a portfolio of projects. Responsibilities include conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments across a diverse range of settings, encompassing residential areas, commercial spaces, HMOs, and high-rise buildings.
The Senior Fire Risk Assessor
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- Registration on the TFRAR at Tier 2 or 3 (Fire Risk Assessor Register) is essential
- Experience or willingness to conduct site visits for Type 1-4 risk assessments (with provided training)
- Skilled in compartmentation surveys
- Holds professional membership in IFE/IFSM or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in residential, commercial, and retail sectors
- Client-focused with a commitment to maintaining high standards of technical delivery
- Supports the creation of documents, policies, and procedures
- Has a keen interest in advancing their career within the risk assessment industry
