Corporate Tax Manager

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well-respected Accountancy Practice, based in Maidstone, who are looking for a Corporate Tax Manager to join their growing team.
The successful candidate, working closely with the Tax Partners, will manage a corporate tax portfolio ranging from quoted groups, family businesses to smaller entrepreneurial businesses.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Managing and developing the tax relationship of the clients in your portfolio.
- Overseeing and managing the corporate tax compliance cycle of your clients.
- Identify opportunities to take additional services to clients and contacts.
- Considering and managing risk in all interactions with clients.
- Take responsibility for all tax work on your client portfolio.
- Develop, mentor and coach junior members of the team.
Key Requirements:-
- ACA/CTA or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of corporate tax and accounting on a range of compliance and advisory projects.
- Proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A good record of developing new work.
Hybrid working offered.
Salary: Competitive and DOE.
