Site Manager required for Planned works (Kitchen & Bathrooms)
Due to an increased workload and extension of contracts, we have a temporary opportunity for a Site Manager to work on planned works and projects across the Liverpool area.
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of services, monitoring budgets and performance management of the site team, working alongside the management team and a team of in-house operatives.
This is a social housing planned works contract (kitchens and bathrooms) therefore experience of working in social housing will be essential. You will be working with an in-house team ensuring that investment programmes are delivered on time and to a high quality.
You must have good communicational skills and be able to develop first-class client relationships. In addition, successful candidates will have:
- A relevant management qualification at Level 3 or equivalent
- Operational repairs delivery experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract management
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- First Aid
Roles and responsibilities will include…
- Attending site progress meetings
- Liaising with clients and their representative
- Manage complaints with the support of the liaison team
- Ensure all works are signed off by the client
- Ensure effective Health & Safety on site is being adhered to
- Responsible for effective management of resources
- Produce method statements and risk assessments where required
- On time, in budget, snag free delivery to the client
- Identify new business opportunities where possible
- Produce QA reports on final completion alongside Health and Safety File.
