TeamJobs have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our client based in Poole on a temporary ongoing basis!
Salary: £12.00 - £12.50 per hour
Hours: 9-1pm (Monday to Friday)
Main duties:
- Taking incoming calls and providing great customer service.
- Answering emails from customers in a timely manner.
- Providing updates to customers through the weekly newsletter.
- Greeting any customers into the office.
- Maintaining and organising company records.
- Arranging office inventory.
- Ensuring that the database is kept updated.
