Facilitate Search have partnered with a globally recognised Facilities Management and Real Estate business, who have one of the UK's biggest project management, building surveying and programme management services. They are now looking for someone to join the Bristol Office, who can develop and build a healthy pipeline of projects whilst maintaining an expected pipeline of £7million.

Our client works with a number of prestigious clients in providing maintenance and project support services on projects across the corporate, retail and government sectors. The typical projects delivered are valued from £100,000 - £500,000 with a high volume of projects ongoing at different stages.

The Head of Projects will be managing an established team of 7 Project Professionals in total with years of experience delivering projects to clients requirements.
 

• Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities
• Complete projects on time, on budget and to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Promote and maintain the key core values of the business.
• Responsible for generating and securing new sales to exceed the annual financial plan.
• Identify, reduce and manage all risk (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise)
• Develop and manage all bids, tenders and proposals.
• Full P&L responsibility
   

Qualifications / Experience:
 

• Recognised technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical (desirable)
• Proven track record safely delivering projects in FM, M&E or Construction
• Demonstrable evidence of managing a team.
• Experience of creating, presenting and managing on bids, tenders and proposals.
