Career Teachers is closely working with a fantastic college in Leicester where they have asked me to find a passionate and engaging Geography Teacher for the new academic year. Is this you?

This is a full time role which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Applicants must be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with strong organisational skills, and ready to play a significant role, with support and development from the Department Head.

The ideal Geography Teacher will be:

• Dedicated, inspiring and engaging
• Establish effective working relationships and set a good example through their presentation, personal and professional conduct
• Excellent subject knowledge in KS3-KS4 Geography
• Maintains positive behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
• Is committed to ensuring pupil reach their full potential through engaging and stimulating teaching.
• You will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), after completing a PGCE, Graduate Teaching Program (GTP), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), QTLS or equivalent overseas teaching qualification.
• Unqualified Teachers may also apply.
