Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for an on-site, office based role in Erdington, Birmingham.
Job Duties:
- Answering all customer queries by Email, Phone, 3rd Party Channels, Social Media and Post
- Completing day to day tasks (e.g On Hold releases, Escalated Returns and Refunds, Gift Card Administration etc)
- Taking ownership of all customers issues to resolution.
- Constantly search for opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Meet individual and departmental targets.
- Support the wider business where it is required on day to day tasks
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Previous experience within customer complaints background is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess and understand all relevant information to reach fair outcomes
- The ability to manage own workload and prioritise accordingly
- The confidence to make decisions within agreed discretionary limits.

Working hours; Will be Monday to Friday but will need to work 1 x Saturday in every 6.
8.5 hours shifts (but break included in this time), shift times between 8am and 6pm.
